How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase online and at our Box Office.
How much does a ticket cost?
A regular Adult Entrance ticket is $14 tx inc. A $2 discount is applicable when purchasing regular Adult tickets online.
I'm unable to find my tickets!

Does one ticket give me unlimited access to the show?
Yes. Please visit our Will Call counter at the front entrance of the show if you wish to return another day.
I am looking for an exhibitor but cannot remember their name. How do I locate them?
Please use our Exhibitor List and enter a keyword or the category of their product. It will pull all exhibitors in this category and then you may recognize them.
Where should I park? How much does it cost? Is there a discount from the show?
The EY Centre offers 1,800 parking spaces on its premises at a cost of $10 (tx in).
Is there wheelchair access at the show? How do I locate them?
The EY Centre being a one-level facility offers a very easy access to wheelchairs. For those in need of renting a wheelchair, please come by the Show Office and bring your ID. The Show will offer a limited quantity of complimentary wheelchairs.
Are dogs allowed at this event?
No. We do not allow dogs at any of our events, with the exception of service animals or animals that are accompanying our vendors.
Are strollers allowed at this event?
Yes. We hope you and your little one have a great time at the show!
Does attending a celebrity presentation cost extra?
No. Celebrity appearances and presentations are included with the cost of your ticket.
Do you have a coat or baggage check?
Yes.

With over 200 booths to explore and several unique feature displays to enjoy, plan to spend a few hours at the show. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a pen and paper to take notes, and have some cash on hand just in case a vendor doesn’t accept plastic (although most will).
